Location

"Winter capital of Poland" is located in the South of Poland, near boarder with Slovakia, about 100km from Cracow.

If you are coming by car, please check on your map or GPS how to get there.

If you are coming by plane, the nearest airport is Cracow’s Balice Airport. From the airport you can take a train to get to downtown to Cracow Main Railway Station (Kraków Dworzec Główny) – train terminal is next to International Arrival Hall (Przyloty) – it takes 16 minutes and leaves every half an hour. Next to the Cracow Main Railway Station is a bus terminal with buses to Zakopane (you can buy tickets in the bus). Bus takes as little as two hours. It is not worth to go from Cracow to Zakopane by train – it takes 6 hours!

TNF PFO 2010 will take place on Harenda slope. The best way to get there (if not by car) is to take a taxi, which will cost about 20 zł. Unfortunately Zakopane is not connected with one ski pass - each ski lift has its own ski pass. Check: www.harendazakopane.pl
